FAQFrequently Asked Questions
Pricing Plans
-
Paid plans apply to customers using DEXTRE as a Maker (seller). DEXTRE is free for customers and business partners using it as a Buyer (purchaser).
-
All DEXTRE features are included in the base fee, and there is no initial fee.
The base fee changes when the number of users or brands, or the storage volume, exceeds the included allowance. See the Pricing Plans page for details. -
Payment is available by bank transfer or credit card.
-
Monthly plans are billed each month, six-month plans are billed once every six months, and annual plans are billed once per year.
-
For annual and six-month plans, a change takes effect in the month after the current contract period ends. For monthly plans, a change takes effect in the following month.
Example: If an annual plan renews in March, a request made in January to switch to a monthly plan takes effect in April.
